Currently on the way from Serengeti to the Ngorongoro crater. It’s about a 3 hour drive and the road is all sand and and rocks. There have been several moments where I have thought we were going to crash, but to Justin’s credit, he knows his truck. About a half hour ago we hit a huge pot hole. Really huge. On my side and the front left strut now sounds broken. Oh well. I’m always up for an adventure.

Update: we are at the entrance of the crater. Great view. Not so much with Justin’s truck. The running board on the left side came loose and that is what was responsible for all the rickety rack after the pot hole. Also one of the welds holding the left spare tire on the back ripped apart so Justin is now taking it off and putting it under the back seats. Also, the car is covered in dust and so are we.
